Today many young people follow the example of celebrities, they are imitating stereotypes of beauty, which can often cause discrimination between young people. The most of these stereotypes are given in women, where celebrities are thin, they have blond hair, also they have green or blue eyes, and they wear make-up and a variety of accessories. Thank you.

I think that stereotypes imposed today for the society have a great impacted on young people, because force the teen or anyone people to be that not. For example, celebrities has an important influence in stereotypes because they are considered "perfect" and the "normal" people want to be they, but under the make-up celebrities are normal people to.

BorrarCelebrities have an important impact on society, but this impact is more important on younger people, because I think they need to feel accepted by their friends. This generates stereotypes of beauty and how people should be to fit in society. Young people search identity through make-up, clothes, types of body, etc., and find it in celebrities and their looks.

Celebrities mark a trend when it comes to talk about fashion, so they have the power generate different stereotypes, which can be followed by the rest of the people, whether it be women or men. This is caused by the image of beauty and success celebrities represent in society. Examples of stereotypes are blond hair, toned bodies, perfect faces.

Dear Hector,
Borrarit seems to me that you are using a complex vocabulary that you do not normally use.
Henry Cavill better known as Superman, is a 33 years old british actor, that in my opinion, he has the best type of body to interpret a superhero or any athletic man, because is muscular and taller than normal people, being a motivation for young men. But I think this stereotype is excessive and not healthy and doesn’t represent beauty.

The celebrities generally have an impact on young people, because they influence them with their styles, make-up, hair style and appearance. Many young people want to be tall, thin, of clear eyes and blonde. Also they want to dress like their idols or wear accessories, as big necklaces or different makeup styles, as red lips or glossy eyes, following beauty stereotypes of their favorites singers or actors.

Although the mass media integrate afroamerican, asian, or latino american celebrities in their pictures, stereotypes of beauty in current society discriminate bodies what appear on screen, because ideal bodies are always white, young, and thin in occidental society.
